Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By playing Flappy Dude or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and old enough to make a purchase where you live.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Choose a display name that isn’t offensive, misleading or infringing — we may change or remove names and leaderboard entries that break this rule.

3. Purchases and virtual items

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms and authorize the charge shown at checkout. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Coins, Dude Points, skins, trails, glows, banners and passes are virtual items licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use inside Flappy Dude. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game.
• Purchases are delivered instantly and are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where an item was not delivered. Contact avron@67speed.com with any billing problem and we’ll make it right.
• A one-time pass unlocks the items available at the time of purchase and any items we choose to include later; we don’t guarantee future content.
• Chargebacks or payment fraud may result in suspension of your account and removal of unlocked items.

4. Fair play

Don’t cheat, automate, script, modify or reverse-engineer the game, tamper with scores or coins, abuse bugs, scrape the service, or interfere with other players. We may reset scores, remove items, or suspend or terminate accounts that do.

5. Camera mode

Camera mode is optional. Play in a clear space, and stop if you feel discomfort. You are responsible for your surroundings while moving. Camera processing happens on your device — see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Communications and marketing

By creating an account you agree that we may contact you about the game, and that we may use your contact information to market Flappy Dude and other products and services offered by Rip Build, Inc. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

7. Ownership

Flappy Dude, its artwork, characters, music, code and branding are owned by Rip Build, Inc. Flappy Dude is an original game inspired by classic one-button arcade games; it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the makers of Flappy Bird or any other game.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the game, including virtual items, at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rip Build’s total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; continued play after an update means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Questions? Email avron@67speed.com.
