Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data — if you sign in, we store your email address, the display name you choose, and your sign-in provider ID (for example Google).
• Gameplay data — high score, coins, Dude Points, level, total attempts, total flaps, owned and equipped cosmetics, settings, and leaderboard entries.
• Purchase data — a record of what you unlocked and when. Payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers never reach our servers and we never store them.
• Technical data — basic log and device information (browser type, approximate region, error reports) used to keep the game running and to know who is on our platform.

2. Camera mode

Camera mode is optional and off by default. When you turn it on, your webcam video is processed entirely on your own device to detect arm movement. We do not record, upload, transmit or store any video, image or body-tracking data. Turning camera mode off, or closing the tab, ends the camera access immediately.

3. How we use your data

• To run the game, save your progress and show leaderboards.
• To authenticate you and keep track of who is on our platform.
• To process purchases and deliver the items you unlock.
• To prevent cheating, abuse and fraud, and to fix bugs.
• Marketing. We may use your contact information (including your email address) to send you news, updates and offers about Flappy Dude and any other products or services offered by Rip Build, Inc. or its affiliates. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing us at avron@67speed.com.

4. Payments

In-game purchases are handled by Stripe, Inc. as our payment processor. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly under its own privacy policy. We receive only a purchase confirmation, an identifier for your customer record, and the item purchased. Depending on your location, Stripe may also calculate, collect and remit sales tax or VAT on our behalf.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the game: our hosting and database provider (which stores your account and progress), our authentication provider, and Stripe for payments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember settings and guest progress on your device. Clearing your browser storage will remove guest progress that was never linked to an account.

7. Retention and your rights

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — including removal of your leaderboard entry and opting out of marketing — by emailing avron@67speed.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

8. Children

Flappy Dude is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
